SEO/GEO Lead
Search no longer happens only on Google. People now put their questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude as well. We're looking for someone who can run both worlds at once.
In this role you'll own the SEO strategy for both the team and the client portfolio. You'll bring technical SEO, content and off-page work together into a single roadmap, set the quality bar for the team's output and defend the strategy in front of the client. You'll also shape the direction of our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) service.
We see AI as both a visibility surface and a working tool. We expect you to use AI at an advanced level in your daily workflow — and to standardise and spread that practice across the team.
What you'll do
Build end-to-end SEO strategies for the brands in the portfolio and own the roadmap
Lead the SEO team: workload distribution, quality control, development plans and one-to-one mentoring
Run technical SEO audits and prioritise the findings: indexing, crawl budget, rendering, site speed, structured data
Shape content strategy: keyword research, URL mapping, topical authority planning, content briefs
Manage off-page and digital PR strategy
Measure and improve brand visibility inside generative AI engines
Take the team's use of AI to an advanced level and automate repetitive SEO work
Combine Ahrefs, Google Search Console and GA4 data into a monthly performance narrative
Present strategy in client meetings and support the sales process on the technical side
Prepare SEO proposals and scoping for new business
What we offer
The freedom to build and shape your own team; direct influence over the roadmap of the SEO tools we build in-house; and the chance to work in a team moving early in GEO, an area very few agencies have invested in yet.
Performance Marketing Mid-Level
If you're looking for ways to grow revenue without growing the budget, this role is built on exactly that.
At Peaksense the strategy for every project is set by senior specialists. This role is the one that puts that strategy into practice inside the account, owns day-to-day performance and feeds optimisation decisions with data. You build the campaigns, you design the tests, you explain why the numbers look the way they do.
We treat AI as part of the job too. We use it across data analysis, bulk copy production, competitor research and the automation of repetitive work, and we expect you to use these tools at an advanced level.
What you'll do
Build and launch campaign structures in line with the strategy set by the senior specialist
Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns on Google Ads
Design prospecting, remarketing and catalogue (Advantage+) campaigns on Meta
Keep an eye on the product feed and Merchant Center structure from a performance perspective
Check that GA4, conversion tracking and Conversion API setups are accurate
Monitor that micro-conversion signals are collected correctly and fed to the algorithms
Track monthly budget pacing and act with the senior specialist when it drifts
Form test hypotheses, report the results and share what you learn with the team
Use AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting, and to automate repetitive work
Support junior colleagues and interns on the job
What we offer
The chance to build strategic depth working alongside senior specialists; a growing portfolio across sectors; and access to the tools we build in-house to automate repetitive work.
Performance Marketing Junior
Google Ads and Meta aren't new to you, you've built a few campaigns and you can read the reports. Now you want to do it with serious budgets and brands from a range of sectors.
In this role you'll own the setup, daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns, working from the strategy senior specialists define. This is the stage where you learn to justify your decisions with data and to run your own workload.
AI is part of our daily workflow. We use it across analysis, report preparation, ad copy and competitor research — and we expect you to bring these tools into your own work.
What you'll do
Build, monitor and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across the accounts you're responsible for
Track budgets and check that spend is pacing to plan
Design keyword, audience and ad copy tests, and interpret the results
Prepare weekly and monthly client reports in GA4 and Looker Studio
Verify that conversion tracking setups are working correctly
Use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and copy production
Join client meetings and present the performance of your own accounts
What we offer
A real portfolio spanning e-commerce, travel, healthcare and fintech; one-to-one mentoring from senior specialists; a competency-based development plan and room to grow by taking on responsibility.
Performance Marketing Intern
If you want to learn how ad accounts are built, where a budget actually goes, and why one campaign works while another doesn't — on real client accounts — you're in the right place.
An internship at Peaksense isn't about carrying reports and ordering coffee. From your first week you work on live accounts and look at real data. You start alongside a performance specialist, contributing directly to campaign setups, daily performance monitoring, competitor and keyword research, and the preparation of client reports.
AI isn't a side tool in this job anymore — it's part of it. At Peaksense we use AI tools throughout the day, from analysis and report preparation to research and copywriting. Here you'll also learn how to use them well.
What you'll do
Monitor daily performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, spot anomalies and flag them to the team
Support specialists with campaign setups: ad copy and creative preparation, audience and keyword lists
Prepare the data behind weekly and monthly client reports
Run competitor analysis, keyword research and sector reviews
Read basic conversion and traffic reports in Google Analytics 4
Use AI tools across research, analysis and content preparation
What we offer
Hands-on experience across dozens of brands in different sectors, one-to-one work with senior specialists, regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training that supports your development. Depending on your performance, there's an opportunity to join the team full-time at the end of your internship — several people on our team started exactly this way.
Frontend Developer Mid-Level
In conversion optimisation, an idea is worth nothing until it ships. This role owns exactly that step.
As a frontend developer on the Peaksense CRO team, you'll turn the hypotheses our conversion specialists design into variants running on live client sites. Changing the add-to-cart flow on a product page, simplifying a checkout form, rebuilding a section for mobile, writing a landing page from scratch — that's the job. Every variant you build is tested against real traffic, and the result comes back to you in data within days.
You'll work across very different stacks: from Shopify to Ticimax, from WooCommerce to custom-built sites. So what matters here isn't knowing one framework — it's being able to go into an unfamiliar codebase and change the right thing without breaking anything.
We use AI as part of our daily development workflow, from shipping variant code quickly to working out how an existing site is put together. We expect you to use these tools at an advanced level.
What you'll do
Turn the test hypotheses prepared by CRO specialists into A/B test variants
Build variants in JavaScript and CSS through testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Convert or similar)
Develop conversion-focused landing pages for client sites
Implement UX improvements on existing pages: form flows, cart and checkout steps, mobile layout
Set up event tracking and dataLayer implementations through Google Tag Manager
Turn findings from session recordings and heatmaps (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) into technical action
Work on page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements
Test compatibility across browsers and devices, and make sure variants don't break measurement
Review test results with the CRO team and plan the next iteration
What we offer
A way of working where you never have to guess at the impact of your code — every variant comes back with data within days. Dozens of sites across different sectors and stacks, and the chance to learn not just how something should be built, but why, by working alongside conversion specialists.
