Under article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we want to inform you how your personal data is processed when you submit the contact form.

Submitting the form does not result in marketing emails being sent to you. Such messages are sent only if you give separate consent.

Your data is collected electronically, by automated means, when you complete and submit the contact form on the site.

Your data is not shared, sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers abroad are made in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention
Retained for 2 years after your enquiry is concluded. If the discussion becomes a commercial relationship, the related records are retained for 10 years after the relationship ends, as required by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about the processing; learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request rectification, erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to recipients; object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that adversely affects you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
