This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit peaksense.com.tr. It has been prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the section "Visitors in the EEA and the UK" below also applies to you.

This website has no login, membership or payment functionality. Personal data is processed in only three ways.

Information contained in your CV, such as education and work history, is processed as part of your application. Please do not include special categories of personal data — health information, religion, membership details, criminal records — or a photograph in your CV. We do not request such data; if it is submitted anyway, it is not used in the assessment.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point.
4. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in article 9 of the KVKK.

At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed
- request information about the processing
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
- request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the law
- request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that has an adverse effect on you
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
To exercise these rights, complete the Data Subject Request Form and send it to info@peaksense.com.tr, or submit a written request to the address above. We respond within 30 days at the latest. Where a request incurs additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Turkish Data Protection Board.
If your request is refused or goes unanswered, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any event within 60 days of your request.
7. Visitors in the EEA and the UK
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR or UK GDPR may apply to the processing described here. In addition to the rights above, you have the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interest in operating and improving the site does not override your rights.
Data is transferred to Türkiye, which is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; such transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards. Requests may be sent to the same address: info@peaksense.com.tr.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the administration panel is restricted and permissions are assigned per role. Employees with access to data are bound by confidentiality obligations. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
9. Children's data
The site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you become aware that such data has reached us, notify info@peaksense.com.tr and it will be deleted without delay.
10. Third-party links
The site links to platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and X, and embeds videos through YouTube. Those platforms' own privacy practices apply and Peaksense is not responsible for them. Embedded YouTube videos may set cookies even before playback begins.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in our services. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top shows the last update. Material changes will also be announced on the site.
