Under article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we want to inform you how your personal data is processed when you apply for a position at Peaksense.

A note on special categories of data
Peaksense does not request special categories of personal data during recruitment. Please do not include health information, blood type, religion, sect, philosophical belief, political opinion, association, foundation or union membership, criminal records, biometric data or a photograph in your CV.
If such data nevertheless appears in your CV, it is not used in the assessment and is removed from the file as soon as possible, or the file is destroyed in full.

- Making the hiring decision and keeping records of the process
- If you give explicit consent, considering you for future openings from the candidate pool
Your application is not screened out by automated decision-making; assessment involves human review.

Collection method
Your data is collected electronically, by automated means, when you complete and submit the application form on the site. It may also be collected through direct email applications or job platforms.

Your application is not shared with other companies without your knowledge and consent. Reference checks are carried out only with the people you name and after informing you. Transfers abroad are made in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention

At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about the processing; learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request rectification, erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to recipients; object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that adversely affects you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
