1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise you on a later visit, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used.
Cookies are classified in two ways:
- By duration: session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period.
- By origin: first-party cookies are set by this site, third-party cookies by external providers such as Google.
2. Cookies used on this site
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the site's basic functions. No consent is needed.

2.3 Advertising and marketing cookies
Used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and build remarketing audiences. Not set without your explicit consent.

2.4 Tag management
The site uses Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PB5BS478) to manage measurement tags. Google Tag Manager does not itself set cookies; it controls the loading of the tags that set the cookies above. Your consent state is passed to those tags through Google Consent Mode.
2.5 Embedded content
Case study pages embed videos from YouTube. When a video is played, YouTube sets its own cookies and transfers viewing data to Google LLC. These cookies are not controlled by Peaksense; YouTube's policy applies.
3. Managing your preferences
On the site: set your preference in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. To change it later, use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
In your browser: every browser lets you delete or block cookies.

If you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as your language preference may not work correctly.
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies rely on the legitimate interest basis in article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK. Analytics and advertising cookies rely on your explicit consent under article 5/1 and, in line with the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices, are not loaded before consent is obtained. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, the same consent requirement follows from the ePrivacy rules.
When you withdraw consent, the relevant cookies stop loading; cookies already stored on your device can be deleted through your browser settings.
5. Changes
This page is updated when the cookies used on the site change. The date at the top shows the last update.
